This private session is integrates conscious breathing techniques to promotes nervous system down regulation and bring the body to rest & digest

Yoga therapy sessions are designed to address specific and bring relief to physical, mental, or spiritual issues such as but not limited to; stress, depression, anxiety, grief, body confidence, weight management, mid-life crisis, spiritual crisis, CEO burnout, and any physical pain
This private session may include but is not limited to centering body awareness, chakra assessment, pranayama (breathwork), therapeutic mudras (hand gestures), asana (postures), yoga nidra, meditation, prayer, affirmations, & journaling work.
